Dave Berry, PMP Speaks about Project Management at UTD (Troubled Projects)

This is a multi-media presentation (about 45 minutes long) with a Q&A session (about 30 minutes). On Nov, 2012, Dave Berry spoke at the applied project management forum, which is held by the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. Looking at troubled/red projects, Abyss Program Management would like to pose the question: “Aren’t these all variations of the same project?” Is it deja vue all over again? Everyone has all heard the terrible statistics about project failures, that two thirds of projects fail, in some way, to meet expectations with cost overruns, schedule slippages, and projects that are canceled all together.

The Naveen Jindal School of Management created a multi-media video of this presentation we have published this video on YouTube at Dave Berry, PMP Speaks about Project Management. We hope you enjoy the video and find it informative. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us.
