New Integrated Schedule and Cost Management Workshop

An integrated course in schedule and cost management, utilizing a combination of lecture and workshops providing an understanding of:

  • Fundamentals & Terminology
  • Methods & Processes
  • Estimation (Activities, duration, cost, etc.)
  • Scheduling (Activities, dependencies, planning)
  • Financial metrics and baselines
  • Schedule & Cost Monitoring & Control
  • Analysis & Reporting (including Earned Value)

For students who have their PMI certification (s) they will earn 24 PDUs towards recertification
